Sailor Moon Crystal Tiara by Catzia

This tiara features a smooth red gem inside a metal heart with gold balls on top and bottom of heart and raised moons on either side. The edges of the tiara are beveled with no exposed or sharp edges. The back of this tiara is lined in red felt which compliments the gem and adds comfort. Attaches with a white elastic band, or use spirit gum or lace front wig tape to apply the tiara directly to your forehead.
