Shipping and Returns

   Please note we are a fully human staffed company. No robo calls or AI ever.      

  We generally ship within 1-3 days of the placement of the order. In some cases, such as handcrafted items made to order, this time may be longer.  If you have a specific date an item MUST arrive by, please contact us or include a note when you place the order. 

 If you have an issue or problem with your order please contact us via email first. We will try to solve the problem.

If we made a mistake the error will be corrected at not cost to you.

If for another reason you need to send something back, please note postage is non-refundable.

     All returns must be approved before you send them back. 

     Items must returned in original condition as received.

     Items to be returned must be shipped within 2 weeks or receiving them.

     Please note: Cosplay items are not returnable. In some cases they may be exchanged.

Please report if an expected item does not arrive within 12 days so we can make sure everything is going as planned. Items shipped outside the USA may take longer.
